RE:VIBES RECAP

In true HiiiWAV fashion we celebrated Black culture with purpose! The Re:Vibes event was a resounding success, blending inspiration, art, and activism in an unforgettable showcase. Our eye-opening fireside chat with actor and activist Kendrick Sampson offered bold insights like “there is no revolution without art,” sparking vibrant discussions among attendees. The evening was electrified by the dynamic performance of Martin Luther, whose melodies were perfectly followed up by legendary DJs Nina Sol (ft. Bosko on the ElectroSpit) & Daghe’s beats, creating an atmosphere of unity and celebration. Adding a visual feast to the auditory experience, artist Taylor Smalls captivated the audience with her evocative art, rounding out an event that truly embodied the spirit of HiiiWAV. Thank you to everyone who attended. Your presence and energy were powerful and we appreciate you!

In this edition of the HiiiWAV newsletter, we shine the spotlight on Amy Dornbusch and the Marks Family Foundation, whose generous support has been instrumental in advancing our mission. Introduced to us by our dear friends the Yi Family, Amy’s shared passion for artist entrepreneurship, empowering women, and the transformative role of music in society has sparked a powerful partnership. Amy Dornbusch is a creative thinker, investor, and philanthropist, and through the Marks Family Foundation, champions the advancement of women and girls, music and the arts, and education through risk-tolerant grants. Their commitment to creating opportunities by reducing barriers is deeply aligned with our objectives at HiiiWAV.

With heartfelt thanks and unstoppable energy,
