- · Business development services — hands-on start-up support for founders and artist-entrepreneurs.
- · Business consulting — strategy, fundraising, and go-to-market advising for freelancers, start-ups, established businesses, and non-profits.
- · Incubation services — workspace with business equipment (studios, meeting rooms, production tools, and office resources) for program participants.
- · Online business development services — remote workshops, mentoring, and virtual start-up support.

Ryan Nicole is an artist, actor, writer, and co-founder of Co-Founders The Musical. As founder of worth.ai, she participates in the AFRO AI MVP incubator, pioneering music-tech entrepreneurship.

Kev Choice and Sam Wilkins are Choice Scores, a HiiiWAV joint venture. We support Choice Scores’ vision of empowering Black artists with resources to innovate and hone talents.

Grammy-certified producer, filmmaker, and HiiiWAV resident Dame Drummer creates rhythmic innovations. We support his "Tiny" projects, merging cinematic storytelling with percussive excellence to redefine contemporary music and fatherhood.

HiiiWAV resident GrandNationxl is an Oakland-based creative agency and collective. They lead summer programs and design branding and merch for Oakland Tech Week and HiiiWAV Fest, bridging disciplines.

Summer Youth Programs
Empowering the next generation of creative leaders in Oakland. Our summer intensive teaches digital skills, music production, and entrepreneurial thinking to youth aged 14-23.
